1. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of the transaction.
• Once the service or registration process has been initiated or completed, cancellations cannot be accepted.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed only in cases of duplicate payments or technical errors.
• Refund requests must be sent in writing to info23-27@ssf.org.in within 7 days of the transaction.
• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
